First Backpacking Trip 11-7-20
We had a great one night backpacking trial in the GSMNP. Our hike started with the "Road to Nowhere" but fortunately we did go somewhere! We enjoyed the Goldmine campsite next to a stream and within easy walking distance of Lake Fontana. Very nice weather, too.
We missed Sam who was working the weekend at NOC.
