The might 02 Black had their last tournament of the 2015-2016 campaign this past weekend in Gastonia. Won their first game but lost the second to an older, bigger, faster team despite playing very solid. US youth soccer is having an age group reorganization ahead of next season so this will be their last time together before the shuffling.
Sunday's game was washed out due to torrential rain so we went for Sam's first on the water experience at the
US National Whitewater Center. We both got a kick out of riding the conveyor from the lower pool back to the top.
