Los Flemings

Getting settled back into a routine has taken a little longer than anticipated after the holiday. We had a nice break with some travels, some guests and then some time at home. Mame and Sam returned to school on January 2nd. I think Sam was a little more eager. He was ready to go back the day after the grandparents departed Cary and he still had five days of vacation to go.

Mame's semester did get off to a good start with three days of clinicals before they returned to the classroom. She's reached a nice turning point where she looks forward to her days at the hospital more than in the classroom.

A few days ago our little Paul Bunyan went to work on the Christmas tree with the garden loppers. I'm not sure what inspired him but he dove into the job and wasn't satisfied until every branch was gone.
