At the start of March the local Scout council hosts a cross over event for Cub Scouts who will be rising into Scouts. The event is held in the courtroom of a county Superior Court judge who is an Eagle Scout.
Back in February the Webelos and Arrow of Light Cub Scouts meet for a camp out and friendly competition at Camp Daniel Boone. The highlight this year was that there was snow left behind from a storm earlier in the week!

5th grade did an Expedition around Conversations with Local Farmers, learning about food systems and where food comes from. They visited:

Sam had a good season with Asheville High Cougars
And we celebrated Thanksgiving in Mt. Pleasant. It kicked off with paella on Wednesday night and wrapped up with a trip to the local Cars and Coffee.
